Bluegrass Crusade

Bluegrass Crusade

Formed in the early 1970s, the legendary Bluegrass Crusade was a mainstay on the music scene in the Midwest and beyond until the 1990s. The Crusade opened for such notables as Doc Watson, Bill Monroe, and Ralph Stanley. They also won band contests at the Brownville Fiddle Festival and the Rocky Mountain Bluegrass Festival. Their Prairie Dog Music release, 1973-2003: Thirty Years of Bluegrass, is a long-awaited CD collection of favorites spanning the history of this much-loved ensemble.
